Description
The Jordan 4 Retro Cave Stone is the earth-tone AJ4 that fans had been asking for. Muted, warm and deliberately understated, it takes one of the most recognisable silhouettes in the game and drops the volume right down.
The upper is built from soft Cave Stone nubuck, a warm mid-taupe that shifts between grey and brown depending on the light. Black does all the contrast work: mesh netting on the quarter panel and tongue, moulded eyelets, the signature side-panel wings and the padded collar lining. The heel tab carries Nike Air branding rendered in Moon Particle, the OG detail that always lifts a Jordan 4, with the Jumpman sitting on the tongue.
Underneath, the moulded midsole runs off-white with a visible Air unit at the heel for the cushioning the model has been trusted for since 1989. The rubber outsole is finished in a darker speckled grey that ties back into the natural tones of the upper rather than fighting them.
