For UK orders, order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and your order is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. EU and International dispatch times are shown in the tables below.
During busy periods such as new releases or sale events, processing may take up to 3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details as soon as your order leaves us.

Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking regardless of the shipping method selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at Help@thesolestore.co.uk and we will provide your tracking details.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempt
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery. If you continue to experience issues, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Help@thesolestore.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. THEMAINSUPPLIER LIMITED is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to update the address before dispatch.
